BPO/Evaluation; Assessments and Evaluation for Resale Opportunities
Phoenix Valley Design/Build has been offering Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) to investors and lenders since 2005. BPOs are an essential service used to determine the risk imposed upon lenders during the foreclosure process.

BPO reports issued by Phoenix Valley Design/Build are submitted to clients via fax or e-mail, and contain the following information:
- A summary of the Maricopa County Tax Assessor's Office database entry for the evaluated property
- Three full-color, time-stamped digital photos which display
- the street-facing side of the evaluated property
- its posted address
- a "street scene" depicting neighboring properties
- Comparisons with three properties sold within the past six months in the same subdivision
- Comparisons with three listings of similar properties in the same subdivision
- A general briefing which describes the ambiance, marketing strengths, and marketing weaknesses of the area in which the evaluated property is located
- The projected selling price and projected Days on Market (DOM) of the evaluated property
All BPO report formats are provided to clients on our forms, or formatted to their specifications.
